Burrell & Mistry Ltd completely refurbished all three floors of Fuel bar in Covent Garden creating the new brand of 21 The Market. The new brand included a new bar and night club named the 'Print Room’ and improved the kitchen layout on ground floor to maximise the speed of which pizzas were being made to cope with the high footfall rate on one of London’s busiest public open squares.
